Jarred is a experienced litigation and property and business transaction lawyer. He gained a wealth of experience from leading international firms in the key areas of commercial and corporate law. He has represented a range of clients – including, high net wealth individuals, small to medium sized companies and ASX listed companies in complex litigation, strategic transactions and regulatory matters, including:

• Conducting litigation in state and federal Courts for matters involving commercial disputes, professional and medical negligence, defamation, insolvency and restructuring, business separation and shareholder disputes, commercial contracts and advisory, intellectual property disputes, insurance and coverage disputes and employment law matters;
• Advising clients on complex commercial transactions;
• Advising clients in the financial services industry on compliance and risk management issues.
